How long until I see results?
What do we provide?
How long have we been around?
How are we different from everyone else?
Do I need a personal trainer?
How much does it cost?
What are some common questions I should ask to find a qualified personal trainer?
1. Is Your Personal Trainer Properly Educated?
A personal trainer should have a health related degree (physiology, kinesiology, etc) and a national personal training certification from an accredited agency. This gives them a foundation of knowledge.
2. Is Your Personal Trainer Qualified?
Certified does not always mean qualified. There are a tremendous amount of personal trainers that have certifications, but lack the knowledge, passion or experience that it requires to be become truly qualified. Remember, you are trusting these people with your body and your health!
3. Is Your Personal Trainer in shape?
Notice the shape of the personal trainer you are considering working with, do they "look" like they know what they are talking about? Do they practice what they preach? Would you like your body to look like theirs?
4. Has your Personal Trainer delivered results for other people?
The personal trainer should have testimonials from many happy clients. Others must vouch for your trainers performance in order for him to be considered legitimate. Even if they are in great shape...can they get the same amazing results for their clients?
5. Is your personal trainer energetic, and fun to work with?
